Spiral freezers are widely used for fermenting/Proofing and cooling bread dough, vegetables , ice creams, juices, seafood, meat, poultry, etc. They come in single spiral and double spiral configurations and rapidly freeze between 500 Kgs to 6000 Kgs per hour. They offer a very high cooling capacity in a very small foot print.
Main Features
- Stainless steel insulated panels filled with PU foam, 120 to 200 mm thick. The insulated floor (120 to 200mm thick) is joined seamlessly, enabling no leaking or sinking.
- Conveyor belt is made up with special high strength modified SS304 spiral mesh or engineering plastics.
- Aluminium alloy evaporator : Aluminum pipes and fins or stainless steel pipes and aluminum fins are used for exchanging heat.
- Waterproof SS304 electric control panel PLC and touch screen are provided.
- Safety devices: Conveyor belt turn over inductor, vibration analyzers, power various electric and pressure protection devices. Emergency switches at appropriate points are provided.
