The Green Box made Blast Chiller / Freezer rapidly lowers the core temperature of foods chilling from +90°C to +3°C in 90 minutes, freezing from +90°C to -18°C in 240 minutes to retain product quality with rapid cooling, eliminating bacterial growth and minimizing water crystal formations.
